My back hurts!
Did you know that a systematic routine of back strengthening exercises could really make a difference in how you are feeling?
Think about it for a moment.
Your back is hurting because something is out of adjustment. So you get a spinal adjustment from your chiropractor. Since your back muscles are weak, or you may have a muscle spasm, you can not hold the adjustment for long and so before you know it your back begins to hurt again.
